Rotten Park Road Management Ltd is a boutique agency for actors and creatives, established in 2017, that embodies the positive qualities of large and small agencies alike.

Founded by Lynne Payne and Sophie Toland, we are located in Manchester's Green Quarter and have begun to build a broad network of world-wide contacts. We are committed to providing our clients with the close, personal relationships they deserve and offering casting professionals the best range of talent.

Lynne grew up in the North West seaside town of Blackpool and studied Theatre at Lancaster University. She has worked in a range of jobs throughout the industry – Pre‐Production roles (Casting Assistant and Director), Production roles (Choreographer), Performance roles (Actor/Dancer) and Post-Production roles (Editor/Sound Editor), giving her a solid grounding in the needs of each of those stages. As an agent, Lynne was a member of Circuit Personal Management for 3 years, a co-operative agency run by and for actors. She co-founded the production company Rotten Park Road in 2007, working to produce numerous stage plays, short films and the British feature film “How Not To Work & Claim Benefits”, currently represented by the LA-based sales agent and distributor Adler & Associates Entertainment.

Sophie is originally from Cheshire and graduated from Hull University with a first-class honours degree in Drama and English. She trained as an actor at the Birmingham School of Acting and gained a distinction-level MA before returning to Manchester. As an agent, Sophie has 6 years' experience, working with Circuit Personal Management prior to co-founding Rotten Park Road Management in 2017.
